We do not sell personal information for money. As of the effective date, we do not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required opt-out method before using information in that manner.
Cookies, local storage, and tracking choices
The website may use cookies, session storage, and local storage to remember attribution details, chatbot history, dismissed dialogs, and site preferences. Third-party services may use their own technologies under their privacy policies. Browser settings can limit cookies and stored data, but doing so may affect website features.
We do not currently respond to legacy browser "Do Not Track" signals in a standardized way because there is no uniform industry standard. Where required, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals applicable to our processing.
Data retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including responding to requests, managing projects and business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. The period depends on the type of information, the relationship, legal requirements, and operational need.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you provided to us, or opt out of nonessential communications, by contacting us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to our business and your information, you may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
