These Terms of Use govern your use of oasis-pools.com, operated by Oasis Pools and Hardscaping Inc, doing business as Oasis Pools. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website information is not a construction agreement

The website provides general information about fiberglass pools, hardscaping, renovations, financing, and related services. Website content, calculators, visualizations, chatbot responses, examples, and preliminary communications are not bids, guarantees, engineering advice, permit approvals, or binding construction agreements.

Project scope, specifications, schedule, price, warranties, payment terms, and responsibilities are governed only by a separate written agreement signed by Oasis and the customer. A typical project may take approximately 1 to 3 months, but permitting, inspections, site conditions, weather, utilities, access, product availability, and requested changes can affect the schedule.

Quotes, financing, and third parties

Quote requests are invitations to discuss a project and do not obligate either party. Any estimate is subject to site review, design selections, engineering, permits, and a signed agreement.

Financing information is general. Financing is offered, approved, and administered by independent third parties under their own terms, eligibility rules, rates, and privacy practices. Oasis does not guarantee approval, rates, terms, or funding.

Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that burdens it, abuse AI or visualization endpoints, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate law or another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

The website and its original text, design, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to Oasis and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal evaluation of Oasis services. No other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is permitted without written authorization.

User submissions

You represent that information and materials you submit are accurate, lawful, and yours to provide. You authorize Oasis and its service providers to use submitted information to respond to your request, evaluate a potential project, operate the website, and perform the activities described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links and services

Links and integrations may lead to third-party services such as Calendly, Google Maps, lenders, review sites, and social platforms. Oasis does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms.

These website terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning only the website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
